•AI Traffic Booster (Basic): A free version offering core URL analysis and content generation with copy-to-clipboard functionality.
•Additional Services: Video production, consulting, AI directories, and other digital marketing solutions as described on our websites.
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available." We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time without prior notice.3. User Accounts and Registration3.1 Account Creation
To access certain features of the Services, you must create an account through our authentication partner, Manus. You agree to:
•Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
•Maintain and promptly update your account information
•Maintain the security of your account credentials
•Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account3.2 Account Responsibility
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You agree not to share your account credentials with third parties. DJAMEE.AI is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain account security.3.3 Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for:
•Violation of these Terms
•Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
•Non-payment of subscription fees
•Any other reason at our sole discretion
Upon termination, your right to access the Services immediately ceases. We may delete your account data in accordance with our data retention policies.4. Subscription Plans and Billing4.1 Paid Subscriptions
AI Traffic Booster PRO is offered as a paid subscription service with multiple pricing tiers (Starter, Professional, Agency). By subscribing, you agree to pay all applicable fees as described on our pricing page.4.2 Billing Cycles
Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) depending on your selected plan. Billing occurs at the beginning of each billing cycle. You authorize us to charge your payment method on file for all applicable fees.4.3 Payment Methods
We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) and PayPal. All payments are processed securely through Stripe, our third-party payment processor. We do not store your full credit card information.4.4 Auto-Renewal
All subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel before the renewal date. You can cancel auto-renewal at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.4.5 Price Changes
We reserve the right to change subscription prices at any time. Price changes will be communicated via email at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Services after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.4.6 Refunds
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers. If you are not satisfied with the Services within 14 days of your initial purchase, contact us at [email protected] for a full refund. Refunds are not available:
•After the 14-day period
•For renewal payments
•For partial billing periods
•For accounts terminated due to Terms violations
All refund requests are subject to our review and approval.4.7 Failed Payments

You are solely responsible for all content you generate, publish, or distribute using the Services. You agree that your content will not:
•Contain false, misleading, or defamatory information
•Violate the terms of service of third-party platforms (Facebook, Twitter, etc.)
•Promote illegal activities, violence, or discrimination
•Infringe on the privacy rights of others
•Contain explicit, obscene, or offensive material (unless permitted by the target platform)
We reserve the right to remove or refuse to process any content that violates these standards.6. Intellectual Property Rights6.1 Our Intellectual Property

You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying all content before publication. We do not guarantee the accuracy, quality, or suitability of AI-generated content for any particular purpose.9.3 Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DJAMEE.AI, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
•Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
•Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
•Damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Services
•Damages resulting from unauthorized access to your account or data
•Damages resulting from third-party services or content
IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.9.4 Indemnification
